You must have noticed it wasn't a grand piano, but then again, it did say they are in 'a' music room of the palace. Wonder how many music rooms there are?!
p.s. - Now that I look at it more carefully, it does appear to be a grand piano. I was fooled by the large shelving unit near it.
Researched a little online and found many interesting facts about Buckingham Palace and saw lots of different pianos so there are definitely more than one. Only one music room mentioned and was the site of some royal christenings. Ah, to be a princess!
I'll bet a lot of music shops suddenly started selling more Brahms!
